Frequently Asked Questions

My key is already used or invalid – what now?

Double-check your entry, platform, and order details. If the purchased key was already redeemed, contact the retailer with your purchase receipt and error message. If you signed into the wrong EA account, reach out to EA support.

Why doesn’t my DLC appear as a separate game?

DLCs and expansions are part of the original game. Verify your main game’s add-ons and the conditions of your purchase.

Can I redeem a console or Steam key here?

Use the redemption method of the specified platform. Having the game on EA does not mean the code is valid for the EA app.

Do all older EA keys still work?

Some legacy titles aren’t supported by the EA app. Review seller notes and consult the EA Help.
