Activation not working?
Check these three points before trying again:
Double-check your key
Check the code carefully. A missing letter, number or transposed digit can prevent activation.
Distinguish between O and 0
In scans and some fonts, the letter O and the number 0 look similar. Check the character in the code and make sure you entered it correctly.
Check region restrictions
Compare the region of your game or gift card key with the shop’s details. A key restricted to North America (NA) cannot simply be redeemed in the EU.
