How to Redeem Your PS4 / PS5 Key or Wallet Credit
If you want to redeem a PSN wallet credit or game code on your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5, simply follow our straightforward instructions below.
On PlayStation 4:
- After purchasing your download code, log into your PlayStation account. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to register first.
- Next, go to the PlayStation Store and scroll down to the bottom of the sidebar. Click on “Redeem Codes”, then carefully enter the code you received via email and select “Redeem”.
- Your wallet credit or game will now be added to your account and is ready to be downloaded.
On PlayStation 5:
- Navigate to the PlayStation Store and press the Triangle button to open the menu. Select the three-dot icon (More) at the top right and choose “Redeem Code”.
- Enter the 12-digit code you purchased and select “Redeem”.
- The wallet credit or content will then be added to your account.
- Choose “Download” to start downloading games, or the wallet credit will be available for use on your account.
- On the PlayStation Store Website:Go to the PlayStation Store and select your profile at the top of the page; if you don’t have an account, register for one.From the dropdown menu, choose “Redeem Codes”.
Enter the 12-digit code and click “Continue”.
- The wallet credit or game will then be added to your account and available for download or shopping on your PlayStation console.You can also redeem your code during the checkout process by selecting “Redeem Codes & Gift Cards” from the payment options menu.For more details about the legality of key shops, check out our information article!
