How to Activate a Purchased PSN Account?

Some shops like Difmark, G2A, Gamivo, and others offer PSN accounts with your desired games preloaded. Many wonder if this is legal. Well, it's not easy to answer simply. However, account sharing generally violates Sony's terms of service. In essence, it's similar to activating a friend's account on your PlayStation, downloading one of their games, and then playing it later on your own account.

If you still choose to purchase an account, here's a brief guide on how to activate the game on your console.

• Add a new profile to your PlayStation 4 or 5 using the account credentials you received by email after purchase.
• Set your PlayStation as the primary console for this account by going to 'Settings' > 'Account Management'.
• Now the game will appear in your library and can be downloaded.
• Log out from the purchased account and wait until the game finishes downloading. You can now play the game on your PS4 or PS5 with your own account as usual!
